RESIPI biskut ala2 FAMOUS AMOS CHOC CHIP COOKIES


hyee2...
seperti yg rai janjikan kat facebook...
semalam rai buat biskut choc chip ala2 famous amos....
resipi rai ambil dari www.myresipi.com
credit kepada resipi asal di sini....
tapi rai ada ubah sket2....
bahan2 dia dan cara2 sangat2222 lah mudah...
so korang mmg patut cuba tau resipi ni...
masa bakar....
pergh harum semerbak bau rumah dengan cookies ni..
dah cm kedai famous amos plak!
hahhahahahaha.....

masa berbuka....
adik2 papa n mama rasa..
alhamdulillah diorg ckp lagi sedap dari chipsmore...
biskut nie rangup oo...
then makan xleh henti....
haha...

ok2.... xnak buang masa....

bahan2 yang diperlukan 1 adunan (lebih kurang 100 pcs):


Bahan2 A(satukan dalam mixer bowl):

1 biji telur
(dlm gambar rai guna 2 biji telur sebab buat 2 adunan)
3/4 cawan gula perang
3/4 cawan gula pasir
1 cawan butter
(gunakan pure butter.. seperti SCS, ANCHOR ataupun PRESIDENT...butter dilembutkan suhu bilik bukan terlalu lembik.. nanti biskut anda cair)
JANGAN GUNA MARJERIN YAA
1 cawan minyak jagung
1 sudu besar susu segar
1 sudu besar esen vanilla



Bahan2 B (satukan semua):

4 1/2 cawan tepung gandum
1 sudu kecil garam
1 sudu kecil cream of tartar (beli kat supermarket/kedai bahan2 bakery, dia dalam bentuk serbuk)
1 sudu kecil baking soda
1/2 cawan walnut cincang ( rai ganti dengan badam cincang yang dipanggang)
2 cawan choc chips (rai bubuh 3 cawan..haha.sebab nak banyak choc chip)


cara2 membuatnya:

1) Pukul bahan A hingga kembang


2) Bila dah kembang, satukan dengan Bahan2 B.....


3) kaup balik gunakan senduk kayu/spatula sehingga menjadi doh.... kemudian rai rehatkan 1 jam-2 jam dalam fridge(part ni penting untuk mengelakkan adunan anda cair ketika dibentukkan)
lebih elok perapkan semalaman anda akan dpt cookies yg rangup



4) bulat2 kan doh tadi kemudian tekankan menggunakan garfu...


5) Bakar pada suhu 180 celsius selama 15-20 minit. bergantung pada oven...
rai bakar 15 minit je.. jangan panic kalau kuarkan dia mcm lembik sket ke pe tau....
biarkan dia sejuk sndri kat luar... nanti dia akan mengeras... =)

macarons rasa dia SANGAT2 manis.. sebab dia memang macamtu... resipi macarons sendiri tidak boleh dikurangkan kandungan gulanya... huhu.macarons yang rai buat mengikut resipi ITALIAN METHOD... so kalau sape nak order yg kurang manis... memang tak leh la yer..dia mcm ala2 biscuit,tapi bukan cake.. luar dia crunchy tapi dalam dia mcm soft chewy... harap
